 Eligibility:
- if you are MARRIED/COMMON-LAW and your combined income is less than $30,000
- if you are SINGLE and your income is less than $25,000
- if you are a SINGLE PARENT with a child and your income is less than $30,000 (for each ADDITIONAL DEPENDENT add an additional $2,000)

 If you wish to have your return prepared by one of our volunteers, please bring the following required information to your appointment to ensure that a volunteer completes the return.

Slips:
All T4 slips
All other information slips (T3, T5, T4E, T4A, T4AP, T4RSP, T4RIF)
Employment income (i.e. paycheque stubs)
Old Age Security and CPP benefits
Other pensions and annuities
Employment Insurance benefits
Social assistance payments
Workers’ compensation benefits

 Receipts:
Support for a child, spouse or common-law partner
RRSP contributions
Professional fees or Union dues
Medical expenses
Tuition/Education amounts for qualifying students
Transit passes
Charitable donations
Political contributions
Child care expenses
Children’s fitness programs
Moving expenses
Interest paid on student loans

Our income tax program is intended to help you with straightforward tax returns. Our volunteers are not trained to prepare returns for deceased or bankrupt individuals, individuals who have capital gains or losses, self employed, businesses, or those with rental property income or expenses.
