Event: Toronto Hydro Town Hall Meeting in North York

Please join us at one of our upcoming town hall meetings to discuss the current state of our electricity system and some of the improvements we are making to serve you better.

Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited’s (Toronto Hydro) is holding a series of Town Hall Meetings. Toronto Hydro will host four meetings across the City of Toronto in November: Toronto/ East York (November 15- City Hall), North York (November 17- North York Civic Centre), Etobicoke (November 28- Etobicoke Civic Centre), and Scarborough (November 30- Scarborough Civic Centre).

Our goal is to provide our customers with information on our ongoing capital works projects and an opportunity to speak to our staff directly on a variety of issues, including:

• Time of Use rates and conservation programs,
• Smart meters and billing,
• Power outages
• Workforce renewal
• Infrastructure investments as we upgrade aging equipment in neighbourhoods across the City.
