The Finch West LRT is coming soon!

The LRT is on track to be open in 2024.

The Finch West LRT project is nearly done, and they have announced that it is on track to open in 2024! They officially finished all the stringing and cabling works for their overhead catenary system, and all 18 passenger vehicles are ready to go. More details are below. 

I look forward to seeing its first train open to the public in 2024.

A heartfelt thank you to TDSB Trustee Matias de Dovitiis for hosting an incredible Parent Council Dinner! The event brought together parents from all 21 schools, showcasing the power of community. It was a pleasure to be a part of this evening.

The neighbourhood is undergoing a tremendous transformation, and although the construction is not over yet, we can see the end now. Here is a short clip prepared by the Finch West LRT of a behind-the-scenes look at the future.

33 Walsh Avenue Development Application Appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal 

A statutory community consultation meeting was last held on Wednesday, October 4th at St. Basil The Great College School. Free Sewing Classes

Faith Lutheran Church invites everyone to join their FREE sewing classes at 96 Hucknall Rd. (Broadoaks/Hucknall). Open to all ages and skill levels. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4-7 pm.
