Breakaway Relief Care is a non-profit Outreach grassroots community organization in the Jane and Finch Community and serves the GTA. It is managed by a group of dedicated and committed community volunteers.We are on the front line helping disadvantage youth find meaning and purpose in their lives. We are against violence any act of violence is a crime.
