Matias De Dovitiis

Matias de Dovitiis is the Chief of Staff based out of City Hall. Matias oversees the entire office. He makes pivotal decisions in policy creation, event planning, and maintaining key relationships with the community and all stakeholders. Matias engages with Humber River-Black Creek to help determine the best courses of action to improve and uplift our area, including determining essential infrastructure upgrades, service gaps, and strengthening equity frameworks at the municipal level.

Jessica Luke Smith

Jessica Luke-Smith is the Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant based out of City Hall. She oversees the Councillor’s calendar, and appointments and delegates tasks for the office’s operations, as well as manages the operations of the office. Jessica also manages significant files such as Housing and Toronto Community Housing for Councillor Perruzza.

Rachel Scott

Rachel is the Manager that oversees planning, policy, and community development. She is mainly based out of my office at City Hall. Rachel manages the outreach team's activities, including event planning, and she oversees Committee work for Councillor Perruzza. As an organizer, she collaborates with various resident associations and local organizations in Humber River-Black Creek.

Hanan Mohamed

Hanan is the Outreach Coordinator, focusing on Community Development and Events based out of the constituency office. She takes the lead in collaborating and event planning with local organizations and resident associations to host community events in the neighbourhood. This includes networking with local groups to carry out or support event planning for thousands of people every year.

Rashid Katsina

Rashid is a Constituency Assistant based out of the constituency office. Rashid manages a plethora of casework files, specializing in by-laws, housing, public health, and transportation requests and manages the work of his colleagues that specialize in casework.

Carlo Lamonaca

Carlo is a Constituency Assistant based out of my Constituency Office. He manages casework for seniors in our community and other essential files, ensuring the delivery of key City services. He also carries out site visits and in-person appointments at the office.

Amanpreet Chonkrian

Amanpreet is an Outreach Assistant based out of the Constituency Office. She specializes in Youth Development and has established a Youth Council in Humber River-Black Creek. Amanpreet also connects with youth for volunteer opportunities available and liaises with community groups on youth activities.

Paulyn Mandap

Paulyn is a Casework and Communications Assistant based out of the Constituency Office. She helps gather information from residents on their concerns and reports the issues back to 311/City of Toronto. Paulyn is also responsible for managing our social media platforms, drafting email newsletters, support letters, and preparing recognition scrolls for residents.

Josyl Singh

Josyl is an Administrative Assistant, Casework, and Events Aide based out of the Constituency Office. She helps gather information from residents on their concerns and reports the issues back to 311/City of Toronto. She manages casework inputting and assists the casework team on various subjects. Josyl also supports our outreach team to staff our local events.
