Jessica Luke-Smith is the Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant based out of City Hall. She oversees the Councillor’s calendar, and appointments and delegates tasks for the office’s operations, as well as manages the operations of the office. Jessica also manages significant files such as Housing and Toronto Community Housing for Councillor Perruzza.
Rachel Scott

Rachel is the Manager that oversees planning, policy, and community development. She is mainly based out of my office at City Hall. Rachel manages the outreach team's activities, including event planning, and she oversees Committee work for Councillor Perruzza. As an organizer, she collaborates with various resident associations and local organizations in Humber River-Black Creek.
Rashid Katsina

Rashid is a Constituency Assistant based out of the constituency office. Rashid manages a plethora of casework files, specializing in by-laws, housing, public health, and transportation requests and manages the work of his colleagues that specialize in casework.
Carlo Lamonaca

Carlo is a Constituency Assistant based out of my Constituency Office. He manages casework for seniors in our community and other essential files, ensuring the delivery of key City services. He also carries out site visits and in-person appointments at the office.
Sarbjit Kauldhar
Sarbjit Kauldhar
Sarbjit is a Constituency Assistant based out of the Constituency Office, and is responsible for a variety of tasks. She helps with the creation and the maintenance of casework files, provides assistance to community members who walk into the building as well as handles phone intake at the Constituency Office. During seasons where community events are underway, Sarbjit assists in event planning and execution, as well as managing volunteer contacts and communication.
