The 1st Annual Northwest Toronto Community Health Fair
The Community Partners in Health invites the community to attend a valuable and informative event at Oakdale Community Centre (350 Grandravine Drive) on Friday November 16, 2012 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.The 1st Annual Northwest Toronto Community Health Fair will provide resources and workshops on topics including child daycare, pregnancy and parenting support, dental care, diabetes and other chronic conditions, mental wellness, recreation and fitness programs, nutrition, sexual health, social assistance, and hospice services.
