New Video - Garbage Truck Safety Tips For Kids
Solid Waste Management Services (SWMS) has created a new video to remind students inelementary school (Kindergarten through Grade 5, ages 4 – 11) about the hazards and safetypractices when they encounter a garbage/recycling collection vehicle in their school zone.This video is part of the Division's commitment to develop an outreach campaign to educatechildren on collection vehicles and how to be safe around them.The three minute video includes safety tips for kids on what to do when they encounter agarbage/recycling collection vehicle in operation on their way to and from school.[embedyt] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNrX4MZxszo[/embedyt]
