Sunrise ceremony and permanent flag installation on National Aboriginal Day at Toronto City Hall
The City of Toronto will be hosting National Aboriginal Day celebrations at Toronto City Hall on Nathan Phillips Square with a sunrise ceremony followed by a permanent flag installation of five Indigenous flags including Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation, Six Nations, Huron-Wendat, Métis and Inuit. Mayor John Tory will read the Proclamation for National Aboriginal Day in Toronto.National Aboriginal Day takes place annually on June 21 across Canada.
