Allotment Garden Update
Allotment gardens will begin to open during the week of May 11. This applies to the plots at 20 Four Winds Drive.
- City staff have reached out to permit holders and community groups to confirm that gardens will open and will continue to connect with them to provide confirmation of when their garden will open and critical public health information.

RenewTo renew your existing Garden Allotment:Client Services will contact you to renew an existing Garden Allotment. To secure your Outdoor Garden Allotment, a signed contract must be received. Signed contract(s) can be returned through:
- E-mail to [email protected]
- Mailed to PFR Garden Allotments Scarborough Civic Centre 150 Borough Drive, 5th Floor – Client Services, Toronto, ON M1P 4N7 or
- In person at any Civic Centre
The 2020 Garden Allotment rate is: $95.49 (HST included)** (Payment cannot be accepted through email)
- Payment can be made online by using your Client barcode and Family Pin to login to toronto.ca
- Over the phone at 416-396-7378, option 2 Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with Credit Card.
- In person using cash, debit, cheque, Amex, VISA or MasterCard.
Cheques are made payable to: City of Toronto. Please write your contract number on the front of the cheque in the memo section. We cannot accept post-dated cheques.Payment in person can be made at the following locations Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 the West Mall, Main Floor
- North York Civic Centre, 5100 Yonge St, 3rd Floor

- Make sure you have a Family Number and your individual Client Numbers (please call 416-396-7378, option 2 Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. to obtain these numbers)

- Search for the wait list using the barcode of the location you’re interested in
- Select the wait list button
- Complete the guided steps – NOTE: You must select the “Go To Checkout Button” to complete your transaction.
