The site is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Finch Avenue West and Sentinel Road. The development site is generally rectangular in shape and bounded by Finch Avenue West to the south, Sentinel Road to the east, the Finch Hydro Corridor to the north, and Black Creek to the west. Fountainhead Road bisects the development site and ends in a cul-de-sac.
