2023 Property Tax, Water & Solid Waste Relief Clinic
The Property Tax, Water & Waste Relief Program is always something I advocate for, especially for our seniors. With a fixed income and the cost of living increasing, I understand how challenging paying property tax can be. This relief program cancels the property tax increase for the previous year to help alleviate some costs of property tax.
To be eligible:
Combined household income of $55,000 or less
Be 65 years of age or older OR
Be 60-64 years of age and be receiving Old Age Security OR
Be a person with a disability and receiving disability benefits

Old Age Security (T4A)
Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
OAS Allowance (T4A)
Proof of Age if applying for the first time (ex. Birth Certificate, driver’s license, etc.)
We will be hosting our clinics on:
Tuesday, July 25th: 5:30 pm-7:30 pm at John Booth Arena (230 Gosford Blvd)
Thursday, July 27th: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at Northwood CC ( 15 Clubhouse Crt)
Thursday, August 3rd: 2:00 pm-4:30 pm at Gord Irene Risk CC (2560 Finch Ave W.)
Tuesday, August 8th: 5:30 pm-7:30 pm at Carmine Stefano CC (3100 Weston Rd)
