On Friday, January 19th, starting at 9:30 am there will be a public meeting at Etobicoke Civic Center (399 The West Mall) in regards to the proposal of the 15-storey apartment building at 3350 Weston Rd. This is a statutory meeting during the community council and the purpose of the meeting is to consider the report from staff on the developer’s application. There will be an opportunity to join the meeting virtually as well. More details can be found below.

The Etobicoke York Community Council, under the Planning Act, is holding a public meeting regarding Zoning By-law Amendment Application Number 22 138879 WET 07 OZ for the property at 3350 Weston Road by Ikore Developments Ltd. The application by the developer is for a 15-storey apartment building with 190 units and 153 parking spaces.
