Enbridge Pipeline Inc. wants to pump heavy crude and diluted bitumen from the Alberta oil sands directly through our city. In the interests of ensuring the safety of our city and its communities, I passed a motion to make sure that Toronto City Council will be at the table during Enbridge's application to the National Energy Board.
